Copyright

• The copyright of the Work, including all preparatory designs for the Work  which includes but is not limited to sketches, graphic works, project  development and production drawings, models, characters, prototypes, NFTs and other matters (“Artwork”), commissioned by the Commissioner shall be  retained by the Artist.
• The Artist retains all rights to use and monetize their art in any way they choose.
• Sell nor exchange of the art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, is not permitted unless you have the Artist's express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so.
• Use of the Artist's art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace is not permitted unless you have the Artist's express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so.
• Putting any of the Artist's work into any Artificial Intelligence engine is prohibited under any circumstances.
• Listed prices are the base price. Price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
• The artist has the right to decline a commission.
• Rush orders with a  specific deadline will incur additional fees.
• Re-posting and sharing the artwork is permitted, but give credit to the Artist.
• Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior during the process will result in cancellation of the commission and the deposit will be kept by the Artist.
• Commissions are for personal use only.
• Scientific Illustrative Commissions are for scientific contexts, programs, papers, and educational purposes only.

Payment

• Payment is via Paypal only at valleystipemaas@gmail.com
• An invoice will be sent by me.
• A 50% deposit is required.
• The final product will only be delivered once payment is received in full.
• All payments are final, no refunds.
• In the event that the Artist cannot complete a commission, a partial refund depending on how much has been completed will be given.

Process

• Provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
• Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review.
• Three (3)  minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an  additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs  for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
